AN ADDRESS THAT COMBINES TRADITION AND INNOVATION

Owned by the Bagnoud family since 1942, the tastefully renovated historic building is now synonymous with hospitality and friendliness. Italian-inspired cuisine and seasonal suggestions happily combine traditional flavors and contemporary trends.

The pleasant garden, the terrace and the various rooms of the restaurant offer an ideal setting for enjoying a moment of relaxation, organizing a banquet, a business or family meal or for getting together friends.

According to legend, it all began in 1842 with the impossible love between Catherine de " Nyon le vieil " and Laurent du "_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_Bourg de Rive ”. The story of these two lovebirds, banished from society, however, had a happy ending : Catherine acquired a " on foot and à cheval ” in the heart of the village and married her beloved. This is how the Green Cross was born. The heights of the city and the shore were reconciled in turn thanks to this union. A voice then launched " Vive Nyon! ". "  And long live the Green Cross ! " we could have added.
